Our Staff When choosing service from IRIS, a team of four people is assigned to your account: an Account Executive, MIS Manager, Registration Planner and Exhibitor Service Coordinator. The Account Executive (AE) is ultimately responsible and accountable for the performance of your account. The AE is fully trained on IRIS’s hardware and software and will provide coverage on site. MIS Manager ensures that software and data processing is properly structured. The Registration Planner and Exhibitor Service Coordinator, manage all aspects of in-house preparations such as pre-registration planning, all exhibitor service operations and post show services. The team is very knowledgeable and all members have at least 5 years experience. All members are easily accessible by telephone, cell phone or e-mail. |
