ExpoPrint
ExpoPrint is a compact integrated badge reader with printer and internal memory. When a badge is swiped through the magnetic card reader, the thermal printer automatically produces a complete lead form which includes ID#, name, title, company, address, phone, fax, email, demographic codes and descriptions (optional), time and date visited as well as ample room to write notes. ExpoPrint also stores each lead in its electronic memory and data can be downloaded to a diskette when the unit is returned to the IRIS Exhibitor Services desk at the show. Also available as an option is a modular version of ExpoPrint called ExpoLabel. ExpoLabel includes a reader with internal memory connected to a standard 40 column impact printer. It works exactly like ExpoPrint but it is provided with one pack of 200 forms with self adhesive mailing labels.
ExpoMobile is a hand-held, portable, battery-powered, touch screen Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) with an integrated magnetic stripe reader. When a badge is swiped its content is displayed on the 3"x4" screen. By using a pen to touch the appropriate icons/answers, exhibitors quickly qualify their leads. They can obtain downloads of their data on diskettes at any time during the show. ExpoMobile is provided with two optional software packages: Swipe and Go Mode and Qualify Mode. Swipe and Go will read and store the records. Qualify provides a questionnaire format with as many as 10 pages and 10 answers each (sales people, products, type of prospects, follow up actions, notes, etc.) and IRIS will customize it for each exhibitor. ExpoRead includes a compact badge reader, a cable and communication software. A lead qualification software, ExpoSoft, is available as an option. Exhibitors connect the reader and cable to their own computer via the serial port. When a badge is swiped through the reader, the full content of the badge is displayed and stored. With ExpoSoft, exhibitors can use the graphic user interface to easily program as many as eight customizable interactive questions (i.e.: products, size of budget, follow up actions, etc.) with as many as 14 answers each. The system allows for free form notes, database searching and editing. ExpoSoft generates qualified leads in standard importing formats. A printer can be activated to produce lead forms.. |
